The first Central China store jointly created by ZHAYAN Studio and SMFK,a pioneering brand at the forefront of Chinese luxury streetwear,has officially opened at Changsha MixC,marking a strategic upgrade in the brand's expansion into the central region and witnessing ZHAYAN Design's entry into the 5.0 iteration phase.

ZHAYAN Studio took inspiration from the council chamber in the film Aquaman,making the pixelated whale abdomen the spatial core,with ribs and spine forming a symmetrically ordered skeleton that transforms the space into a futuristic sci-fi base.The design continues the "X"skeletal archetype distilled from the magnolia chandelier in the 4.0 version-the genetic-chain chandelier on the ceiling and the X-shaped skeletal framework of the table structures run throughout the space,accentuating the sci-fi futuristic sensibility.

The facade draws on high-tech architectural techniques,with metallic waves echoing the ocean theme,complemented by top-and-bottom wash-lit glass curtain walls and suspended ripple-textured metal structures,establishing a cool,futuristic tone.Inside,the "ocean wave pattern"extends from the space into the brand's thematic apparel,forming a visual narrative thread. Furthermore,the movable modular display shelving and open warehouse design not only innovate the commercial space model but also help construct an "experiential consumption"ecosystem,turning the physical space into social capital for brand communication.

Additionally,ZHAYAN Studio collaborated with SMFK to co-create pieces within the space,including sofas,lighting fixtures,and display shelving.
